We proudly stand behind all of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied.  You can return any product purchased from us within thirty (30) days of the order date if there is a problem with the order.  In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully:

1. You should email us at  Returns@DiscountDogStuff.com, or call us at (888) 364-7060 and request a return code. Please provide an explanation on why your product needs to be returned.

2. Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, order number, address, return code and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box. Anything you return should be either unopened, or in otherwise new condition, to ensure that you're eligible for a full refund.

3. We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. DiscountDogStuff.com will only process returns and refunds for items purchased from DiscountDogStuff.com.

Most items are shipped out within 24 hours of ordering.  In the event an item is on back-order, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone right away to tell you when the item is expected in and can be shipped, and make sure the delay is acceptable to you.  Details and UPS chart are contained on the Shipping page.

NOTE: Occasionally we have problems with duplicate shipping costs being charged. We are working with out webhost on trying to solve this problem, and we usually catch and refund overcharges. If you run into this problem, please feel free to call us or email us at DiscountDogStuff@msn.com and we can process your order manually and invoice you through PayPal. Due to recent UPS price increases, we are trying to send as many products as practical by the US Post Office, which tends to be a lot more reasonable at this point, but due to size, weight or other considerations, some products just have to go by UPS.
